Dear producers,
To minimize administrative workload, we are discontinuing the practice of delivering a new catalogue each year and are introducing a permanent catalogue, which we have created from your most recently submitted catalogue (in most cases the catalogue for 2023). This catalogue can now be found on the client Portal under the “My Recordings” section.
How the permanent catalogue works:
- Catalogue view: If you are both a performer and a producer, please select the role of producer from the dropdown menu.
- Downloading data: To view the full details, you can download the catalogue in Excel format.
- No changes in your catalogue: If there have been no changes to the catalogue, no further action is required.
Catalogue edits: Starting at the end of January 2025, it will be possible to edit the catalogue directly on the Portal. If you do not wish to wait, you can edit the catalogue in Excel and send us the new version along with the declaration via the client Portal (Submission tab) or by email to vyrobci@intergram.cz. Instructions for filling out can be found HERE.
First catalogue of a new producer: Starting at the end of January, you will be able to fill out the catalogue directly on the Portal. If you do not wish to wait, you can fill out the catalogue in Excel and send it to us along with the declaration via the client Portal (Submission tab) or by email to vyrobci@intergram.cz. Instructions for filling out can be found HERE. After the catalogue is processed by INTERGRAM, you will find a list of your recordings on the Portal in the “My Recordings” section.
We kindly ask producers who do not have access to the client Portal to register by signing the current version of the Agreement of the management of rights (details HERE).
Important reminders:
- Remove recordings from the catalogue for which you have waived claims (e.g., in cases of rights transfer or resolving double claims).
- Deadlines for catalogue editing and submission: by March 31, 2025
- bulk registration by agencies: February 28, 2025
Submission of labels
Do you release recordings under a name other than the official name of the producer?
- If you did not submit your list of labels in 2022 or 2023 or if you have new or changed labels, please send them to us in Excel format (The label registration form is also included as part of the form Catalogue of Producer).
- If there are no changes, we will use the previously provided data.
