We would like to inform you that submission of the catalogues of recordings you owned for 2023 along with the list of your labels is now open.
For remuneration claims regarding recordings used in the United Kingdom or Slovakia, the submission deadline, as per our partner organizations’ requirements, is January 19, 2024. For all other territories, the deadline is February 29, 2024.
Please submit your catalogues in xlsx format (download link available HERE) along with the Declaration (download link HERE) either through the INTERGRAM Rightsholders’ Portal or via email to vyrobci@intergram.cz. Comprehensive instructions are provided HERE.
Please ensure that any recordings from which you have withdrawn your producer rights, especially recordings involved in the resolution of double claims from the previous year, are not included in the Catalogue.
