Private copy remuneration

There is a mandatory obligation to report any production, import or acceptance of blank carriers of fixations / storage media and devices enabling making copies of phonograms and audio-visual fixations (“carriers and devices”) and to pay applicable remuneration.

The obligation applies to each legal entity or natural person which or who produces, imports from a third country or accepts from a country in the EU/EEC such carriers or devices.
